honestly like to say the first second i walked in i automatically felt welcomed i was curious about some of the items on the menu & approached a waiting customer sitting & she was kind of enough to help me out & put me on to great options then when it came down to order i was welcomed by a very kind guy who gave down insane detail on every item i was curious about down to the sweetness/saltiness i was very impressed with the accuracy of his takes too it was insanely on point & the music here is absolutely amazing had an amazing time here
We grabbed poutine here after touring the Biodome & had such a great experience. The food is excellent - it really hits the spot after touring, there's something for every palate, & the staff were so welcoming & provided great recommendations. The dining area is a little warm, but just dress accordingly. Definitely pay them a visit & ask for Rafael!

La poutine est super bonne, rien à dire là dessus. Par contre, le propriétaire se pense dans les années 90. Pas moyen de commander en ligne, ni sur Uber, ni sur le site du resto. J'ai essayé d'appeler à plusieurs reprises cet été, ligne occupée & boite vocale est pleine.
J'ai finalement décidé d'y aller en personne. Je leur demande comment ça se fait qu'on ne peut pas faire de commande en ligne. On m'explique qu'ils ont eu des plaintes avec Uber & Doordash. Il y a encore de la pub pour Uber dans le restaurant...
Le propriétaire me dit de téléphoner, comme dans le bon vieux temps. Je lui explique que c'est impossible d'appeler, la ligne est toujours occupée. Il regarde le téléphone, il constate qu'il ne fonctionne pas, qu'il vient de s'en rendre compte. Je lui ai dit que ça doit faire plusieurs mois que c'est ça, il dit qu'il a souvent des problèmes avec Videotron.
Leur page Fb n'est plus active depuis 2023, donc pas moyen de communiquer avec l'entreprise.
J'étais chanceuse que ce n'était pas long pour ma commande. Le propriétaire semble résigner de juste prendre les commandes sur place.
First time visiting, staff was very friendly & helpful. Fresh cut fries, squeaky cheese curds, & a peppery seasoned gravy. Atmosphere has a beautiful display of plants. Definitely will come back to try other menu items.
We're not from Canada, so we had to try the poutine while we were here-& it did not disappoint! The fries were crispy, the gravy was flavorful, & the cheese curds made it all come together. The service was great & they even let us sign the wall, which made the experience even more memorable. Definitely enjoyed our Canadian poutine experience!
