Great fried chicken, we always take either the fried chicken burger or the Royal combo to go & we are always happy customers ! Spicy option is also my go to, it has a good spice level !
Chicken was super soft & very small (2 index fingers put together) batter breaking appart despite mentioning that would like it crispy. Very disappointed. Jack le Coq on the other hand is way better. Drinks are almost flat & taste like its coming from the fountain. (Saw 2 girls try & make a face & they still served it. This review is after trying twice. Got a feeling the 4.8 reviews are fake cause aint no way.
If you do drive through, be ready to wait for 30+ minutes. No explanation, no apologies, but give you attitude & the worst piece of chicken. If you don't have people to support drive through, don't give the option. Worst take out experience ever.
The food at Poulet Royal is absolutely delicious is truly beyond expectations. The fried chicken was incredibly flavorful, perfectly crunchy, & stayed juicy on the inside. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality; the staff was so kind & went out of their way to be nice to the kids. Don't leave without trying the cookies! They are super moist & the perfect way to end the meal. The kids loved them.

The chicken is really good. Friendly & polite staff. However, super long to get our food. Prices are high also. Let's not kid ourselves, this is fried chicken.
I don't have pictures because we are out plate so fast because of how good it was. The waffle fries were to die for & the chicken melted in our mouths, Highly recommend for fast & reliable service as well

I took a bol with 2 pieces of chicken piri piri. The place is very simple & could be better but the food was good. I didn't put my hopes up while coming but I left very satisfied. Thank you
Went there on a whim with my dad before close, having never heard of the place. We were eating & the owner, out of nowhere, brought us some fries & two large pieces of chicken, along with two different sauces to try.
The bowl was really good, the seasoning on that chicken is absolutely delicious! Wish the bowls were a bit more generous on certain toppings, such as the lettuce where I only had a few pieces. Overall, it's a nice chicken shop to have on the south shore!
