Je viens de passer aujourd'hui à 15:10. Le jeune homme à la caisse était extrêmement sympathique & efficace. En 3 minutes j'avais passé & reçu ma commande. Je ne sais pas si le restaurant est nouveau mais l'allure est super.
Seul point négatif, je ne comprends pas pourquoi on peut regarder les gens s'entraîner?

Bonne bouffe mais service un peu ralenti, j'avais commandé pour emporter un peu plus de 2h d'avance & j'ai quand même attendu 15-20 minutes au resto.
En arrivant chez moi, il manquait 1 repas sur 4 dans la commande. J'appelle au restaurant pour savoir si je peux me faire rembourser & on m'indique que ce n'est pas possible car j'ai commandé sur l'application du restaurant & non par Über eat. J'habite loin alors je ne peux pas revenir chercher le repas manquant.
Les employés sont embêtés car ils me disent que leur patronne ne s'occupe pas de ce genre de cas (!???), ils s'arrangent avec un livre où ils écrivent les noms des clients & les crédits auxquels ils ont droits suite à une erreur. L'employée m'a écrit avec son téléphone personnel pour m'expliquer les démarches qu'elle avait fait.

Je trouve problématique que le soutien de la compagnie soit déficient pour les employés & qu'ils doivent gérer ce genre de situations seuls.
Les employés ont fait ce qu'ils ont pu & je vais retourner au resto.

Great fresh food & quick efficient, friendly service. I'm still yet to be dissapointed. Definitely one of my favorite spots to hit for a healthy hearty meal.

Poulet rouge is a very good place to have a quick healthy lunch or dinner. At the time of writing, their chicken is also Halal, if you have this dietary requirement. It is a fast food restaurant, so the atmosphere is not ideal for a quiet lunch/dinner.
