I visited this Poulet Rouge location recently & was quite disappointed with the service. The staff member preparing my bowl was not even putting half a scoop of the choices in the bowl.
I've been here before, but this time it really didn't feel worth the money. Even though I still tipped 10%, the quality & quantity were nowhere near the standard I expected based on previous visits.

Très déçu de ma visite aujourd'hui. Les portions étaient minuscules : l'employée mettait à peine une demi-portion de chaque ingrédient dans le bol. Ce n'est plus du tout la même valeur qu'avant & c'est frustrant de payer le plein prix pour ça. Même avec un pourboire de 10 %, je suis reparti avec l'impression de ne pas avoir eu un repas complet. Dommage de voir le service baisser de la sorte.

Nous sommes venus à 22:30 pour manger & partir. Il nous a dit qu'il ferme à dans 10min pick up only. Tandis que c'est mentionné sur Google maps ça ferme 23:00. Si vous fermez à 22:30, pas grave faites les changements d'horaire. On a fait un détour de 15 minutes pour rien

Embiance incroyable, bonne musique, restaurant toujours propre, nourriture toujours fraiche & savoureuse. Chaque bol est une expérience culinaire! Le staff est super sympathique & enjoué, toujours poli & ont une bonne complicité entre eux. Je vous recommande définitivement si vous voulez du bon service rapide, un délicieux bol aux saveurs variées & surtout à votre goût!
