Cashier had an attitude like she was doing me a favour. Cold & unwelcoming. Olives look & tasted old, & quinoa heated up too much, making it taste like mush. Was not like this the last few times (even when it was super busy)

Bought a vegetable meal today with two flavours of chicken. Should get four full pieces of chicken, but the fourth piece was only a tiny piece of chicken. It actually looks bigger in the photo than it really is. This is ridiculous! I paid full price & should get what I pay for.
My visit to Poulet rouge was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly. The ambiance was inviting, what truly stood out was that everything is so fresh including the vegetables & the dressings they put. Beyond it the service is exceptional! It's my favourite branch of Poulet rouge. I would recommend everyone to visit. Whether you're looking for fresh, flavorful dishes or exceptional service with a smile, this branch delivers it all & in all fronts. ❤️
The only thing I dislike is wooden forks yuck !!! Foods great , I ordered guacamole, it was forgotten I went back they trusted me & gave me a side of guacamole!! With a smile great service
