I had the bol rouge with 2 flavors, the spicy & the garlic flavor. If you choose 1 flavor, you get 3 pieces of chicken breast. You get 4 pieces of chicken breasts with 4 flavors. You can choose 2 bases such as rice, quinoa etc & up to 6-7 toppings. There is also a variety of sauces that you can select from cilantro lime, spicy mayo, to ranch. Overall, i found the taste to be ok, the flavors on the chicken were not that intense & not that noticeable. The pieces of chicken are a bit small, but you can get lucky if they give you bigger pieces!
Bought a vegetable meal today with two flavours of chicken. Should get four full pieces of chicken, but the fourth piece was only a tiny piece of chicken. It actually looks bigger in the photo than it really is. This is ridiculous! I paid full price & should get what I pay for.

I tried there 2 flavours chicken rice bowl for the very first time & i must say they have the best taste. The quantity as well as the quality of the food was super amazing. The staff is very attentive, calm & kind, they address & understand all all the things we mention. Overall i never had such an experience of before. I applaud Poulet Rouge for there service & dedication 👍
Was blessed my first time in Canada to try Poulet Rouge by one of the workers with a fantastic energetic & courteous service just before closing . It was a fantastic meal my son who is very particular loved the chicken . Will recommend this meal to everyone a great healthy & tasty meal for the family.
Friend & I dropped by the food court in the morning. It was her second time ordering from that place & she recommended I try but I opted out. She so far likes the food although today for some reason her chicken was on top of the cover which was odd. We were curiously perplexed
Food is good, fresh with juicy chicken. they seemed busy & didnt take the time to make this experience a 5stars. The cashier was super nice, would come back !
The vegan "chicken" option is delicious but maybe add one more piece ? :-) I had the bowl with volcano vegan option. Large selection of options for your bowl....like 4 times what pitiful Subway offers. Price very reasonable
