J'ai commandé un menu composé de 1 poutine + 1 salade + 3 garnitures. Lorsque ma commande m'a été remise, il y avait seulement la poutine & les 3 garnitures, sans salade.
J'ai demandé à l'employée où était la salade, & elle m'a répondu que j'avais seulement droit aux 3 garnitures. Je lui ai demandé de vérifier l'écran de commande, car il était bien indiqué « 1 poutine + 1 salade + 3 garnitures ». Malgré cela, elle a insisté que ce n'était pas inclus.
Après que je lui ai demandé une deuxième fois de regarder l'écran, elle a pris quelques petits morceaux de salade & les a jetés dans mon bol d'une manière brusque, en semblant très contrariée.
J'ai regretté de ne pas avoir annulé ma commande à ce moment-là. Après avoir mangé, j'ai eu de fortes douleurs au ventre.
Je souhaite signaler cette situation, car le problème n'est pas seulement l'erreur dans la commande, mais aussi la façon dont j'ai été traitée. J'aimerais que cette situation soit prise au sérieux.

À chaque fois que j'ai les moyens, je choisis ce restaurant. Ils ont changé leur menu vers 2024 je crois, mais rien a changé au goût & à la qualité des choses. Repas chauds, les végétariens peuvent s'y régaler, menu santé. Vivement plus de restaurant santé comme celui-ci.
