Ce soir, j'ai passé une commande sur Uber Eats au Poulet Rouge de Saint-Canut. Comme rien ne s'affichait dans l'application, j'ai appelé le restaurant afin de vérifier s'il avait bien reçu la commande.

> Laura nous a répondu & nous a expliqué qu'elle ne voyait pas la commande dans le système du restaurant. Elle a immédiatement cherché des solutions pour nous aider, même si la situation ne pouvait malheureusement pas être réglée sur-le-champ.

bien que le problème provienne d'Uber Eats. Elle s'est montrée très professionnelle, attentive & à l'écoute. Après notre appel, elle a même pris le temps de nous rappeler pour nous informer qu'elle avait finalement reçu la commande.
