The service is fast & efficient. The restaurant is also clean & well maintained.

That said, the chicken portions were surprisingly small. We've eaten at several other Poulet Rouge locations, & the portion sizes there have consistently been much more generous. Compared to those experiences, this location fell noticeably short.

Service was fast & staff was working hard to have orders ready in no time. There's a large choice of toppings & sauces. I personally wish there would be more chicken in a regular portion, but it's fine for others members of my family. 4 stars for atmosphere cause I don't think it's the right kind of place to eat on site, people mostly pick up & go. There are still a few tables but it won't be quiet & relaxing.

Service was the usual poulet rouge stuff, great. But for the first time I had food that was lacking. The fries felt soggy & odd almost as if they were either overcooked or leftovers from earlier. The chicken was covered of sauce, only after cooking, unusual for poulet rouge to be honest. Hopefully I just got unlucky today & this isn't the usual

Best Poulet Rouge In Quebec! You are always welcomed with a smile & the atmosphere is as warm as the delicious chicken in your bowl! Staff is very friendly & very accommodating to allergies/intolerances! The only Poulet Rouge I trust with my chicken😌!

Service was quick & done in a kind way, but unfortunately all 4 of the bowls I ordered had very chewy , hard to swallow chicken. I will be giving them another try as I hope it was just a bad batch

Checked out the newly opened Poulet Rouge with my friends & it did not disappoint. The place is spotless, the staff were super friendly, & you can tell they actually care about getting your order right.

My bowl was perfect; fresh ingredients, flavourful chicken, & the toppings were on point. Portions were solid too, definitely worth the price. All my friends were saying the same thing: this location is already better than most established ones.

If you're in the area, you've gotta try it. This place is 100% becoming our new go-to. Highly recommend!
