After several years in the heart of the Portuguese neighborhood in Montreal, gourmet chef Helena Loureiro’s address is transported to new heights, at the junction of the Downtown, Old Montreal and Griffintown districts. We shall receive you in this beautiful place, HIGHLY colorful, located on the 30th and 31st floors at 777, Robert-Bourassa Boulevard. Thanks to an ingenious 360-degree rotation system, you will take a "tour" of the city that can be found nowhere else in the greater metropolitan area.

C'était notre 3e souper à ce resto & il demeure un énorme coup de coeur! A chaque fois, on se compose un repas fait de tapas accompagné de bière portugaise (au début) suivi d'une coupe de vin un peu plus tard. Pas donné mais ô combien délicieux!

Le repas est toujours accompagné de pain qu'on peut tremper dans une bonne huile d'olive ou beurrer de tartinade au chorizo (& poivron rouge rôti?) & d'olives noires, le tout servi à volonté

Le service est toujours impeccable & pas snob pour deux sous!

La prochaine fois, nous essaierons un des plats à la carte. On les regardait passer sous notre nez & tout semblait délicieux!

Ah oui! & heureusement qu'il y a un service de valet. Nous avons tourné en rond un bon 15 minutes avant de finalement laissé les clés.

Apart from the uncoordinated coat check girls I must say this restaurant was quite fantastic. Higher budget is required to enjoy this food without throwing up after receiving the bill, but it is what it is. A high end restaurant to propose to your future (maybe not so distant ex wife) or maybe seal that big business deal. I recommend portus calle. My fiance & i had a wonderful valentines day.
