This place is a fraud - at least when it comes to ordering for takeout. Accepted the order, did not cancel it, not worked on it for two hours, then did not even want to work on it at all. Avoid.
P.S. The restaurant lied in their response, they were not'actively preparing' anything. They accepted the order shortly after 5pm. I had to cancel the order after 7pm because the 3rd driver Uber has sent to pick it up talked to the restaurant on my behalf & they told him that the order would not be done at all, as they were'working on the order made several days ago'. There was no choice but to cancel as the restaurant was effectively closed for orders. & I did not need the today's order tomorrow.
If you cannot provide the service, do not take the orders or cancel early. Have respect for your customers so they can change their plans if you fail. There is no insult in rejecting the order quickly enough. If you take the order, ship it in reasonable time & communicate if anything.
Another restaurant nearby was able to do the similar order in about 30 minutes.

Nous avons commandé des ramens, je ne vous les conseille pas! Probablement les pires que j'ai mangé.
Nous avions aussi pris des makis saumon/avocat qui eux étaient bons!
nous avons pris des sushis & wow excellent ! des prix tres abordables & de tres bonne qualité! je recommande vraiment ! nous allons revenir cest sur !!
Le combo S à 108$ est copieusement servi. Il est parfait pour 6 personnes & fait gagner du temps sur le choix des plats. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les maki frit.
Les serveurs sont accueillants & aimables. Parking gratuit disponible juste devant le restaurant. Je recommande.

Les sushis sont très bons mais la nourriture chaude arrive tiède. Tout n'arrive pas en même temps, plusieurs services qui ne font aucun sens. Nous sommes restés plus d'une heure & nous n'avons pas tout reçu, nous avons dû partir. De plus, les livreurs Doordash passent avant les clients en salle. Nous avons vu passer une vingtaine de livreurs en une heure. Nous nous sommes dit que c'est le genre de restaurant très bien pour commander, mais nous ne recommandons AUCUNEMENT de manger là-bas.

Jai voulu commander avec uber eats mais il y avait erreur dans la commande que j'ai annulé pour recommencer. Ils m'ont quand même chargé la première commande en me disant qu'ils avaient déjà commencer à préparer le repas. Le tout a été annulé dans un délai de 2-3 minutes maximum... assez ordinaire
I have been ordering from this place for a few months now & this is quite frankly the best sushi in the south shore! Their Ramen & Sushi are absolutely delicious & you can tell that they take pride in giving you the best experience! Can't wait to try their Poké Bowls next!
