J'ai commandé 2 Bubble tea, & cela a pris plus de 20 minutes, c'est inacceptable, travailler dans un milieu de restauration dites'rapide' doit être Rapide certains clients sont même partie de l'établissement tellement les employés était d'une lenteur incongru avec toute les commandes. & le pire !! C'est que les 2 Bubble tea, n'était même pas à la hauteur..

Je suis passé récupérer une commande chez Poké Monster sur la rue Masson. Le personnel était vraiment cool, accueillant & respectueux. La commande était prête rapidement & tout s'est déroulé de façon très professionnelle. C'est toujours agréable de faire affaire avec une équipe aussi sympathique. Merci pour votre excellent service !

Le goût & la fraîcheur y étaient. Par contre, le caissier n'était même pas en uniforme & je pense qu'uniquement 3 mots ont quittés sa bouche… Sa collègue était gentille. La musique était assez forte & c'était du rap français.
