Je suis passée vendredi 1er mai en après-midi pour acheter un bol aux crevettes, mais malheureusement, il était vraiment immangeable. Il y avait une énorme quantité de sauce brune, au point où j'ai dû le jeter à la poubelle.
Habituellement, lorsque j'achète avec les jeunes Marocaines qui travaillent là, tout est toujours parfait. Cependant, cette journée-là, c'était un monsieur accompagné d'une fille, & il ne semblait pas maîtriser la préparation. La fille intervenait régulièrement, mais elle était visiblement très occupée.
Je pense qu'il serait important de revoir la formation de cet employé afin d'assurer une constance dans la qualité.

À plusieurs reprises, autant qu'un livreur, j'ai été contraint d'attendre plus de 20 minutes sur place pour la préparation des commandes, & ce, malgré un restaurant vide & aucune commande en attente au comptoir. Ce type de situation est difficilement compréhensible & impacte directement notre efficacité en tant que livreurs.
Nous ne travaillons pas pour le restaurant & nous ne sommes pas tenus d'attendre aussi longtemps, surtout lorsque la commande est censée être prête ou presque. Dans un cas précis, j'ai même constaté que la commande était imprimée seulement à mon arrivée, alors qu'il n'y avait aucune autre commande en cours.
Il serait important d'ajuster correctement les délais de préparation sur votre tablette & de fournir des estimations réalistes. Cela permettrait d'éviter des pertes de temps inutiles pour les livreurs & d'améliorer l'expérience globale pour toutes les parties.
Dans mon cas, j'ai dû annuler une commande bien rémunérée à cause de ce retard, ce qui est regrettable.
Merci de prendre en considération ce retour afin d'améliorer votre organisation & votre collaboration avec les livreurs.

Restaurant tellement propre, l'ambiance , bonne musique, les employés de tres bonne humeur , ca fait du bien . Ca donne envie de retourner . J'ai eu un bon service & excelente nourriture . Merci encore . Que de bonnes choses de ce poke monster. Ca vaut la peine passer a cet succursale

Best Poké spot around! The food is always fresh & delicious, & the quality never disappoints. A special shoutout to Hafssa-she's by far the best worker there. Always friendly, professional, & makes the experience even better every time I visit. Highly recommend!
