The bowl was really small for the price, & unfortunately, my order was missing the wide straws for the bubble tea. Without them, the bubble tea is basically impossible to drink properly - it's just like drinking milky water.

Also, I specifically asked for the bowl to be not spicy, but it still came spicy.

Guys, please fix these issues. The price is too high for such a small portion, & the order should be prepared according to the customer's requests

They're running buy 1 get 1 on the salmon bowl on Uber Eats. I regularly order from poke monster & particularly this location. I didn't notice it so I just went ahead & ordered my usual bowl with extra sauce, cost totaled 35$. The bowls arrived with barely any salmon, a tingy smear of sauce. Incredibly disappointed, maybe don't run such promotion at all. I'll never return to poke monster. The photo is 1 of the bowl after mixing, trying to find more scraps of salmon. I highly advise everyone spending their money somewhere else. i felt like I was robbed. $35 education fee paid.

Absolutely horrendous. The two teenagers assembling the bowl could not care less about the quality nor were they generous. One of them threw an old piece of avocado on there & I did not receive a single smile the whole time I was there.

The food also made my stomach feel weird immediately after. Please be careful, raw fish needs to be prepared carefully & under strict conditions; unfortunately this was not the case at this establishment. Not a single star is deserved, lots of much better places around.

The salmon poke bowl is not a good qty, i prefer the one in complex des jardins!
Edit: i order the same today management has changed & the qty was adjusted we enjoyed our bowls

Nice tuna poke bowl at the McGill metro mall food court, expensive, but they gave me this bowl in 10 seconds so I was impressed

Great place to grab a delicious & relatively healthy bowl of rice & tuna/salmon. I asked for both & the taste was amazing. Amazing to grab & go or eat in if you are very hungry

Outcome - since you're cheaping out on salad & rice I will no longer be your customer. Thankfully there's plenty of other places that do not CHEAP OUT ON RICE.
