Good value if 2 for 1 on UberEats, but not the best food to get delivered. Hot salad. Lots of rice but not much flavor.

Just ordered today from Uber Eats. It didn't taste like a poke bowl at all. Full of rice & lettuce, & just fried chicken pieces(not general tao at all, just dry pieces) & almost no soy or topping sauce. Whoever made this didn't really know what they were doing!

Everything tastes high quality & well made. This place deserves way more hype, & I'll definitely keep coming back & tell all my friends about it

The Notre-Dame location is AMAZING. The food is always fresh, flavorful, & perfectly made every single time. The salmon bowl is my absolute go-to it's so good that I genuinely recommend everyone try it at least once before they die. That's how good it is.
Everything from the quality of the ingredients to the balance of flavors is top-tier. If you're thinking about what to order, don't even hesitate get the salmon bowl. You won't regret it.

Anglais seulement encore! c'est désolant.... La personne ne servais que les poke bol & encore j'avais le choix des 2-3..... Pourquoi ? aucune idées!!! Donc malgré le menu visité en ligne & ensuite sur place... tout ce que j'aurais pris & bien le serveur/cuisinier, me répétait compulsivement'Poke bol bubble tea only' en me pointant ceux qu'il m'offrait....J'ai quitté & mis mon argents $$$ ailleurs....

J'ai été laba en avril 2025, désolé je commente tard. C'était pour emporter. Ils avaient oublié de mettre de l'avocat, l'ingrédient le plus important pour moi....j'étais folle de rage quand j'ai vu ça chez moi.

I ordered The Monster bowl & it was packed with tasty toppings & just the right amount of sauce. The place is clean, the vibe is relaxed, & the staff were super friendly & helpful. Whether you're dining in or ordering takeout, this spot is a must-try if you're in Saint-Henri. Highly recommend!

Poke Monster has easily become one of my favorite spots in Montreal for a fresh & satisfying meal! The bowls are packed with flavor, super customizable, & always made with really fresh ingredients. I tried The Monster bowl & it was incredible - a perfect mix of textures, flavors, & portion size. You definitely won't leave hungry!
The staff at the Notre-Dame location are super friendly & welcoming. The service was quick, & everything came out looking just as good as it tasted. The space is clean, modern, & has a nice chill vibe - great for a quick lunch or casual dinner.
I've also ordered delivery a few times & it's been consistent - still fresh, tasty, & well-packed. Highly recommend this place if you're craving poke or want something healthy & delicious. Definitely a hidden gem in the Saint-Henri neighborhood!

I recently discovered Poke Monster on Notre-Dame, & I can confidently say it's one of the best poke spots in the area! Tucked into a cozy spot in Saint-Henri, this place consistently delivers fresh, high-quality ingredients, generous portions, & super friendly service.
I built my own bowl with salmon & spicy tuna, & everything-from the rice to the toppings-was incredibly fresh. The fish was buttery & flavorful, the veggies were crisp, & the sauces added just the right amount of kick without overpowering the dish. The portion was massive-great value for the price!
What really stood out was the staff. They were patient, helpful with recommendations, & genuinely seemed to care about getting everything just right. The interior is clean & modern, with a chill vibe that makes it a great spot to grab lunch or dinner, either solo or with friends.
If you're in the Notre-Dame/Saint-Henri area & craving something tasty, healthy, & satisfying, Poke Monster is a must-try. Definitely one of my new go-to spots in Montreal!

I recently visited Pokémon Monster, located just steps from Notre-Dame in the heart of Montreal, & I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is fun, modern, & full of Pokémon-themed vibes that make the whole place feel super unique & welcoming.
The menu is packed with flavorful & fresh options from poke bowls loaded with sushi rice, salmon, tuna, shrimp, crunchy veggies, tempura, & house-made sauces. I highly recommend The Monster Bowl it's generous, well-balanced, & seriously delicious.
The service was friendly & fast, & the portions were great for the price. It's clear they care about quality & presentation, & the staff made the experience even better.
