Poké Monster was the first poké bowl place I ever tried, & I loved it at the beginning. But now it's just a mess. I write clear instructions - more of this, less of that, don't add this ingredient - & they constantly do the opposite.
My last order was the final straw: I asked for a non?spicy sauce, & they gave me a spicy one again. These'small details' happen all the time, & they ruin the whole meal.
It's honestly disappointing to see a place I used to love fall so low.

I also appreciated the attention to detail in presentation - everything looked as good as it tasted.

Les employés ne parlaient pas français & avaient de la difficulté à bien comprendre mon anglais, que je communique assez bien.
J'ai commandé des poke bowl pour les enfants & j'ai explicitement dit que c'était pour eux, ils ne m'ont pas mentionné que c'était super épicé (c'était ma première fois dans cette chaîne, je ne connais pas les plats), ca pourrait au moins être indiqué sur le menu.
Un des employé voulait visiblement être ailleur & ne comprenait rien, l'autre était super sympathique & a fait de son mieux pour donner un bon service.
Le poke bowl (que mes enfants n'ont pas pu manger, je leur ai pris des rouleaux de printemps en attendant qu'on aille ailleurs) n'était pas très bon.
Je met 2 étoiles grace à l'employé qui fesait bien son travail malgré tout.
Le bubble tea était bon.
I got a Ve?ge? Bowl to-go. Service was friendly, food was hot & ready in a timely manner. I destroyed every last bite!!! Huge props to the chefs of this establishment 🔥👍🔥
I ordered a poke bowl & asked for utensils & soy sauce, but I didn't get either. It's kind of frustrating when you're not at home & can't eat properly. I hope they pay more attention to the details next time.

Accueil très chaleureux & portion très copieuse (un bowl peut faire deux repas). Le personnel est très gentil mais les prix sont un peu cher (après ça reste le centre ville de Montréal donc c'est pas si étonnant que ça)
It sounds like they don't know the difference between vegetable salad & poke 🤔 a bowl mainly filled with lettuce, carrot, cucumber & rice is not a poke.
