Staff are praised for friendliness, courtesy, attentiveness, and speed in a clean, welcoming setting, and takeout service along with late hours is noted as dependable. Takeout and dine-in experiences are described as good value, bowls travel well, and the spot is seen as a dependable option for casual meals or late night cravings. Some comments mention sauce levels or mayonnaise being a bit heavy on certain bowls, but overall the reviews position Poke Monster as a top poke option in town with repeat customers.
The best in town, the only place i order my poke from. The staff is welcoming & friendly, the resto is clean & renovated, & the portion is mad generous & filling. Highly recommend!
Consistently good food & great customer service. I usually get the general poke bowl which is filling & flavourful. Customer service is always friendly & quick. Definitely recommend it for those looking for a good poke bowl.
The best Poke monster in town. Consistently they have always made our poke bowl with generous portions & with the right ratios. I've been there during the day & late at night & all of the employees have been very kind & courteous. We will definitely continue to come back even though we live closer to another branch.
Amazing place. If you're a fan of fresh poke bowls & refreshing bubble tea, this is the spot to check out. The place offers amazing customer service making sure every customer is satisfied.

2025: the Monster was very filling. A bit too much sauce again. Imperial rolls & coconut milk tea were great sides.
2024: got the Godzilla poke & it was a huge portion. A bit too much mayonnaise. The imperial rolls were crispy & delicious.
2023: Conveniently open late. Got the monster poke which was pretty good.
Service was fine but the food was not good at all. Went with my friend who has had poke bowls many times before & even she said that it was not good. They put lettuce in half of my bowl.

Is Poké Monster St Jean going to win a Michelin star anytime soon? Obviously not. But I work in the West Island & when I am busy & need to get lunch their food has been consitently tasty, fresh, reasonably healthy & the same price or cheaper than other local Poké shops. As a bonus is usually pretty quiet in person since Uber seems to be a big part of their business. Its always a quiet & calm place to have lunch during a busy day.
Literally the best food I have ever eaten. This place is so good. I got the monster poke bowl with shrimp, tuna & salmon. I got it with the non spicy sauce as well. As a drink I got the brown sugar milk tea bubble tea. I am 100% percent satisfied with my experience, food, drink & their customer service. The man who served us was so kind & gave us amazing suggestions on what to order. I 100% recommend trying this place!!!
I ordered the Monster Tartare & The Salmon through Uber Eats. The tartare came neatly presented & the different fish were super fresh. The seafood chips were light, crispy, & the perfect complement to the tartare. The poke salmon & veggies were also very fresh. The rice was soft & fluffy. They were topped with a spicy mayo, which had a nice kick to it. The whole thing was generous in portion & was enough for 2-3 people. Overall, I really enjoyed both dishes & don't have anything negative to say except I regret not trying Poke Monster sooner. I can't wait to try their other menu items in the future!
