One word to describe them: Greedy. Firstly they don't provide any tap water & want you to buy a $7 water bottle. Secondly, the old man at the bar is totally unfriendly, looks like he hates his job because he is underpaid. Service takes a very very long time. The only reason people still go there because nearby restaurants are either closed or full.View more

The gentleman that came to the reception was non chalent then we waited over 10 minutes before someone came to see us. We noticed that there was 2 over tables that weren't serviced they got up & left. The waitress asked us if we wanted regular water or mineral water, so we specified regular water with a piece of lemon. The food was excellent.Once we received the addition we were charged 7,50$ for regular bottles water.I've been to several restaurants this was the first time.View more

Ils chargent 7,50$ pour une bouteille d'eau Evian en clamant que l'eau de Brossard n'est pas potable & qu'ils ne peuvent en servir! Inacceptable.View more

We went out of the ordinary for the first time in a while. The food was good, but upset my stomach a bit later on. It could have been either the Italian sausage or the tomato sauce. Service was quick & very friendly. The waiter really made a difference with his suggestions. The atmosphere was good, but very noisy & I felt cramped a bit. Very nice decor as well. Try the Sofia branded items. I had a hard time figuring out what the menu was since it was in Italian (I think).View more
