Overall, reviews of Pizzeria Sofia highlight delicious Italian fare with standout pizzas, pastas, and even gluten free options, and a warm, lively atmosphere that many find welcoming. The wood fired pizzas and plates like arancini, burrata pizza and gnocchi are repeatedly praised, and service is described as attentive and friendly in many cases, with some guests experiencing flawless or fast service. However, a number of readers note that prices can be high and drinks or water may incur extra charges, and a few visits report slow or inconsistent service, long waits, or a noisy room when crowded. Parking is convenient with easy underground options, and families or groups often enjoy a bustling, festive vibe that makes Pizzeria Sofia a reliable choice for a memorable meal.
I am giving two stars only because of the service; the waiters were very kind. However, to be asked if you want water & then being charged 5.50$ is crazy & a little deceiving. The pasta was a bit cold & the portion was very small. The food itself is okay but my expectations were higher given it is a pretty pricey restaurent, overall kind of disappointing.

This restaurent is a ripoff. The waiter, un old man, was poker face the whole time & then when were going to pay, suddenly he remembered to smile. Water is not available unless you buy the bottle. The place looks clean but atmosphere was not welcoming. I wouldn't recommend unless they make some service changes.

The restaurant esthetics are very nice & the venue is spacious. The service is decent. The food is good but the prices for the drinks & the plates i dont feel reflects the prices the prices are pretty steep.
+- bon & cher.

Ridicule 😂
The pasta was absolutely delicious-fresh, flavorful, & perfectly cooked. However, the prices are way too high for what you get. On top of that, charging for water is just ridiculous. It's a basic expectation in a restaurant, not an extra luxury. The service was also a bit overwhelming-there were too many waiters constantly coming by, which felt more distracting than helpful. Overall, good food, but not worth the price.
Vraiment vraiment vraiment Boff.
