Went with 2 friends & we trues the pizzas. We had salami, cheese, all dressed, & a type of meat lovers. All were tasty & fresh. Water beware, its more filling than your eyes dictate..
1. Sourdough crust. It requires much more work to make it than to make a regular crust with yeast, but it is much healthier
2. All ingredients, including flour, are imported from Italy. If you didn't know, Italian grains are grown without pesticied & without any genetic modification. The flour is the closest to the original flour from centuries ago
3. The place is very clean. Guest room as well as kitchen. Sparkling clean.
4. The owner, who is the main worker, is very friendly & talkative; makes you feel welcome
If someone doesn't care that pizza is made of quality ingredients but rather cares about the price, there are many other places who can make it cheaper. Not everything is about the price.
In addition, about opening hours: yes, we wish the place would stay open longer, but.... it is being run by one person who also has a family. We should be grateful - I am grateful - that there are still people who're willing to make healthy food. It is obvious that this business is not all about money for the owner, but he rather loves what he does
Absolutely delicious pizza!
The mozzarella is perfectly balanced-just the right amount & full of flavor. The crust is outstanding: airy & soft on the inside, yet crispy with a satisfying crunch when warmed. The tomato sauce is tasty & fresh, with small pieces of tomato that add great texture & depth, finished with just a pinch of Italian herbs.
Every topping is high quality, & you can truly taste the care & expertise behind each ingredient. This pizza is professionally made, with real love & a deep understanding of authentic Italian cuisine. Highly recommended!
Es la mejor pizza de Montreal. Muy ligera, no sientes que te llenas porque el proceso que utilizan para elaborar la masa es único. La recomiendo a 1000 %. Y si de verdad quieren probar otra delicia compren los cangrejos de pistacho y el helado de pistacho. Solo Miguel y su esposa hacen esas delicias!!!!
Can't believe I haven't tried this place before! Delicious pizza, nice crispy yet airy crust, & high quality toppings. The staff is very kind & welcoming as well. Limited coffee bar options but the quality is great; I really enjoyed my cappuccino. It's a great lunch option if you're on-the-go as there are a lot of pizza al taglio choices & service is very quick! I'll for sure be back for another comforting slice 🍕... or 2 🍕🍕 ☕
The pizza is absolutely delicious. Not cheap but you can treat yourself every now & then. Definitely recommend this place if your looking for great pizza ( al teglia).

Incredibly airy, covered in fresh ingredients, their focaccia / pizza al taglio is a must try if you're in the area!! A family-owned gem! Chef makes the focaccia barese (tomtatoes, olives, oregano, served round) only on fridays! Highly recommend
Very friendly & sweet staff. You can tell they are passionate about making pizza & wanting to give the best experience to their customers. The pizza tasted fresh & with high quality ingredients. Love it!!!

My friend & I were there last Saturday before the place closed, & we both had the vegana pizza & one other. It's the best pizza we ever had. We're going back. & the owner is really kind!

The pizza was great & the service excellent! The place has one of the best espressos in the area. Don't leave without taking one fresh sourdough bread, amazing quality.
We are from Ottawa & we make a point of stopping by to have this pizza. The dough is incredible, & the owner uses these special pans that have this pizza crust so crisp, yet the inside is fluffy & light. The toppings are carefully selected & so incredible. Pricing is great as well, you can take the whole family & leave with very full bellies! Most importantly the owner & staff are attentive & so so friendly & accommodating! Thank you again!
