C'est la 2e fois que je vais à ce Pizza 900, & le service laisse vraiment à désirer. La nourriture & l'ambience sont excellents, mais on a dû attendre presque 10 minutes avant de recevoir un verre d'eau. La bouteille est restée vide durant l'intégralité du repas & personne n'est venu nous redonner une bouteille.
We ordered antipasti & took more than 30 minutes to be served & portion was reduced, restaurant was empty. Pizza had no cheese. So unfortunately was not a good experience

Really cool place to eat. They cook everything out in the open. Honestly it wasn't the best pizza I've ever had but still good. They had good options for gf/df. Really reasonably priced.
We were greeted by telling us to order quick because the kitchen was closing in 20 mins (it was 910pm on a Friday in downtown Montreal). Then we waited more than 10 minutes for a waiter. The starters took forever & the salads were drowning in vinaigrette. Pizzas were good though. Then in the middle of eating we were asked not if we wanted anything else, but to pay since they were closing the cash. My advice - order your pizza & pick it up. This was less than a fast food experience, & I remembered why, despite living across the street, why we NEVER go.
They had the entire restaurant empty but they won't let us pick a different table (they said the restaurant is fully booked). The entire time we stayed, we were the only group lol
There were 5 people total in the restaurant at 4pm. The pizza took 30mins to come out of the oven & somehow it was cold & not crispy when it got to our table. It was clear that the oven was not up to temperature & not ready to make pizza. Is the oven not meant to be at approx 900 degrees & cook a pizza in 5 minutes? Perhaps you should change the name of your restaurant to 235. Which is the temperature that the oven must have been at in order to create this pathetic example of Neapolitan Pizza. I felt sorry for our server who knew that the product coming out was not of high quality. Sadly, she looked like she's been dealing with it for a while & has perhaps gotten used to it.
A shame, you have a lovely atmosphere.

Food was good. Our server was fantastic, as always (we have been served by him multiple times & he is always attentive & warm). The hostess is a mess. We made reservations in advance & we were seated at a high table next to the entrance. There were other tables closer to the bar that were available & we asked to be seated away from the door because there was a lot of foot traffic by the door which made it very cold. The hostess said we had to be seated at this table. We observed her disorganization throughout the night. She seated a man who was waiting for another party, only to ask him to leave the table when another party arrived (despite other tables being available). She left a very pregnant woman standing for over ten minutes, & the discontent on the woman's face was visible. Disappointed that we made reservations only to be seated in the worst spot of the restaurant, zero accommodation from the hostess & being surrounded by total disorganization due to the hostesses poor planning & people skills.

With brick walls, wooden floors & soft lighting, the ambiance at this restaurant is warm & inviting. My wife & I have been here at least five times, & have never had a bad experience. The servers are unfailingly friendly, & well-informed about the menu & wine list. There's a simple green salad on the menu which is so good I order it every time I go. Must be the dressing which is flavourful & light. My wife also gives the Caesar salad a big thumbs-up. There's a wood oven prominently featured in the middle of the restaurant. The thin-crust pizzas are overall very good, with fresh toppings & spicy oil you can drizzle on top if you like. One negative about the pizzas: for having been cooked in a wood-fired oven, the center of the pizzas are a bit soggy, not crisp at all. It's been the same each time we visited. Should be an easy fix for them to make.
Excellentes pizzas dans une ambiance chaleureuse & conviviale. La playlist était aussi au top ! Mention spéciale pour les desserts du moment, notamment les petites tartelettes au citron !
