Côté pizza, les ingrédients sont bons & la pâte est bonne. Heureusement d'ailleurs, c'est car plus du tiers de la pizzas n'est que de la pâte. Pas super généreux sur la garniture. Je n'y retournerai pas pour ça. Je préfère payer qq $ de plus par pizza & pas avoir l'impression de manger de la pâte. Pour la prosciutto, je c'est correct, je vais la quantité de roquette & de prosciutto sont correctes
EDIT: On a retenté l'expérience. 115$ pour 4 pizzas, on s'attendrait à avoir un produit sur la coche. Mais même résultat (nouvelles photos 4 à 7). 🤷

La meilleure pizza de ma vie! Exceptionnelle! En plus, le service & le restaurant, la décoration, etc a été impeccable 👌🏽 C'est sur que je recommenderai & retournerai souvent. Dommage qu'il y a seulement 5 étoiles à donner, car je pourrai donner 50.
My husband & I went for a late lunch/early diner meal. Our server was very professional & attentive to our needs.
We shared an order of orancini filled with ragu. The exterior were nice & crispy, perfect amount of cheese/ragu ratio inside each. They were very good!
We also shared the capriccosia pizza. Crust was nice & thin & perfectly cooked. Sauce & toppings were of very good quality. Reminded us of pizza in la Bella Italia!
For dessert, we had the cannoli & tiramisu. Both were also very good. Cannoli was made to order, very crispy & filling was not overly sweet.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experience. Atmosphere was modern & relaxed. Reasonable price point for food quality. Great small gem of a place. We will definitely return when in old Longueuil!!
Ça fait deux fois, en quelques mois, que je vais à la pizzeria 900 avec une amie & à chaque fois l'expérience est vraiment super. Le service par des jeunes est dynamique & courtois. Aucune pression pour payer la facture rapidement!!
La pizza est bonne & bien garnie!
This place has always been our favourite pizza restaurant, & my family & I usually eat here every two weeks. However, today we ordered for pickup & were really disappointed. All three pizzas had burnt dough, which affected the taste. It's frustrating to pay around $70 for pizzas that were overcooked & not up to the usual standard.

I stopped into Pizzéria NO.900 Vieux-Longueuil for a quick bite & a couple of cocktails, & it turned out to be an amazing experience. The cocktails alone were worth the visit, the Whisky Sour & the Dirty Martini were both works of art, balanced perfectly & absolutely delicious.
I tried the CAPRICCIOSA pizza, & it was incredibly flavorful. The ingredients tasted fresh, & the brick-oven essence came through beautifully with every bite. You can really tell the difference when a pizza is cooked properly in a true Neapolitan-style oven.
The ambiance was warm & inviting, & the restaurant itself has a very nice, relaxed vibe. The staff were friendly, attentive, & provided great service throughout my visit.
Overall, Pizzéria NO.900 is definitely worth the stop, whether you're looking for a quick meal, quality cocktails, or just a comfortable place to unwind. I'll gladly return.
Nous sommes arrêtés dîner après le marché de Noël...c'était notre première fois. Il n'y avait pas bcp de monde , donc calme & apaisant pour manger. Nous avions une petite table qui me laisser voir le cuisinier préparer nos pizzas. L'endroit est propre & jai été ravis de constater l'organisation de leurs préparations. De plus, l'accueil & le service était impeccable ! Le parfum de la serveuse sentait bon aussi!!
& pour finir, les pizzas ! Pâte absolument délicieuse, les ingrédients sont goûteux, frais & de qualité. Jai adoré la mienne au smoke Meat & mon chum s'est régalé de la sienne aux champignons. Franchement, de loin la meilleure pizza que jai mangé dans ma vie. Sérieusement, entre aller te chercher une pizza pour sortir ailleurs, ta presque le même prix pour 2 ici....& de loin, de loin, meilleur qu'ailleurs !
