"There were 5 people total in the restaurant at 4pm. The pizza took 30mins to come out of the oven and somehow it was cold and not crispy when it got to our table. It was clear that the oven was not up to temperature and not ready to make pizza. Is the oven not meant to be at approx 900 degrees and cook a pizza in 5 minutes? Perhaps you should change..."
