While the food was good the service wasn't great, & they were quite sneaky I was alone at the bar, ssked if I wanted still water, I said yes When I lift my head up from looking at the menu I notice a 750ml glass bottle of imported Italian water When I looked left & right they did it to every other (solo) pero at the bar Later the boss/owner/manager (he knew every employee) walked round the back, took a 3/4 full bottle of expensive imported Italian water(presumably from a recently departed patron), & sat at the bar & poured himself a glass It's a bit of a sales racket But to finish on a good note, the food was good

I recently ate at Moretti Downtown, & the food was really good! Every dish we tried was flavorful & well-prepared. However, the atmosphere was a bit too loud for my liking. It was hard to have a conversation without raising our voices, which made the dining experience less relaxing. The place has a lively vibe, but if you're looking for a quieter setting, it might not be the best option.
Nothing to complain about! Great food, fantastic service. I tried their special for the day (haddock pasta in garlic sauce) & it was delicious. Their salmon tar tar was also tasty!

I ordered a gluten free pizza because of a gluten intolerance & got a pizza with gluten, I asked the waiter again because I knew there was gluten & the waiter confirmed it was gluten free. I then got the bill with not gluten free charge & now I feel sick. The drink was good but with this mishap & how expensive everything was, I don't think I will be coming back here.
J'ai adoré ma soirée au Moretti. L'ambiance cozy de la place rend excellent des soirées date. Le service était rapide, il n'y avait pas de temps mort ce qui est très appréciable. Pour ce qui est de la nourriture, c'était tout simplement délicieux! Comme repas principal, j'ai pris la pizza à la burrata & avec l'huile épicée en à-côté, c'était exquis! Je recommande vivement ce restaurant.

Mid food, complete disaster of service. Not necessarily the servers' fault as they were running around trying to take care of everyone, but the place was understaffed & we ended up having to wait 40 mins dor the server to take our order, then 1:15 for food to arrive then another 50mins for our bill to come after we requested it. Overall, it was the worst restaurant we went to over the grand prix weekend.
Food is wonderful, location is great, & service is perfect. Kassy at the bar is a real treat. An enjoyable, hip vibe with lots of pretty people. Sometimes you get birthday cake even though it's not your birthday :)
I had a great time at Moretti, ticked all the boxes. Good ambience. Great food. Flawless service. Angelica & Kassy were spectacular & very welcoming. & Hamza really made us feel at home. I highly recommend this restaurant, & perhaps the only one I would suggest in Montreal.

Great young & chic club - like atmosphere dining. Dance music vibes & after work crowds even on a Tuesday evening makes it feel like the weekend. Italian fare, the food items we choose were tasty. Most tables I noticed ordered the pizzas. Bon appetite!
