Passé une commande & la réceptionniste bête comme ses pieds, ma poutine très froide & ça pris 1h15 pour avoir une poutine commander à 16:20. Très déçu & pourtant avant rien a dire.

Un peu déçu du service de ce soir! Il a un serveur qui a un peu de la misère avec le service client & qu'il n'est pas attentif au client! Je crois que c'est la clef du service alimentaire! Chaque fois que je me fait servir par lui, j'ai un peu de retissance: aucune demande de verre avec glace pour la boisson (emporte une paille), il Veux nous prendre nos assiettes quand on a pas fini (c'est vraiment gossant), & d'autre choses tout au long du service! Il ne repasse pas pour nous demander si ce que nous avons commandé est à notre goût ou si l'on veut autre chose a boire! Je n'aime pas vraiment son service! On dirait que ce n'est pas sa place! S'il y a un handicap je m'en excuse, mais vous devriez revoir avec lui la maniere de servir un client! On dirait qu'il veut a tout pris que l'on termine notre repas! Il nous amene la facture & la machine sans que l'on soit rendu à vouloir payer (sans meme nous demander un dessert ou le cafe)! J'ai voulu prendre un cafe & un dessert mais j'ai laisser faire. Je vais au restaurant pour relaxer pas pour me faire mettre dehors! Vous devriez revoir avec lui certains points. Pour avoir été serveur moi meme avant je n'aurai pas fait long feu dans le resto ou j'etais! Merci! Un client très déçu.
