Je viens de sortir de chez Bros Hochlaga. J'ai commandé un trio ( Pizza Montréal, 7up & frittes) . Le serveur seul dans ce magasin est, en plus d'être nul, incompétent, impoli & sans vergogne.
J'ai attendu d'abord 30 minutes ( soit disant 90 secondes...), rien. Je me suis levé & demandé poliment s'il m'avait oublié. Pas un mot. Je retourne à ma place & attend. Toujours rien, aprés 10 minutes il sort une pizza qui a pris feu. Totalement noire. Pas un mot. Il recommence à étirer la pate. Ni excuses, ni autres ( sourd muet). La fritte preparée est restée derriére le comptoir, il ne m'a pas appelé pour me la livrer. A la fin j'en avais ras le bol, j'ai demandé a être remboursé, ....ce fût un combat..
Laisser une personne seulr & non formée, frise la bétise. Vous êtes entrain de scier la branche sur laquelle vous êtiez assis.
Dans le commerce de restauration, il faut une qualité reproductible & perdurer.
Tout ce recit est vérifiable par vos caméras.
Ça s'est beaucoup déterioré par rapport au débuts. A déconseiller.

J'allais souvent à cette pizzeria avant. J'y suis retournée après six mois d'absences, le service a beaucoup diminué. Souvent la personne qui est là fait son possible, mais pourquoi n'y a-t-il qu'une personne maintenant? On ne peut pas laisser une personne seule pour, répondre au téléphone, à la caisse & faire la pizza & donner le service en 90 secondes… impossible. Avant ils étaient 2…

Had an absolutely incredible time at this pizzeria! The pizza was out of this world - perfect crust, delicious toppings, you name it. The service was top-notch too, making for a truly memorable meal. Highly recommend!

Today during my ship shore leave, We tried the slab pizza today & it was a hit. The base is soft & spongy in the best way possible, holding a generous layer of cheese that stays gooey & delicious even after the drive home. It's not a'crunchy' slice, but the softness makes it feel incredibly fresh
I recommend to all seafarers during their shore leave must tryout the pizza
