We had one of the worst customer service experiences at this restaurant.

We ordered three pizzas (Al Funghi, Meat Lovers, & 4 Cheese).

A few minutes later, my daughter asked for fries, so we placed an additional order. About 15 minutes later, two of the three pizzas arrived, & we began eating. No one asked us to pay, so we assumed payment would be handled after we finished eating.

Shortly after, the fries were ready-but instead of serving them, the staff insisted that we make the payment immediately or they would not give us the fries. I explained that we had already started eating, our hands were dirty, & that we would pay after finishing. Despite this, the staff continued to insist on immediate payment.

I had to stop eating, clean my hands, go make the payment, & then return to finish my meal. It completely disrupted the dining experience. To make matters worse, they were still prompting for a 15% tip.

A suggestion for the owner:

Please ensure your staff communicates payment expectations clearly upfront. If payment is required before serving, it should be requested before any food is brought to the table-not midway through the meal. Consistency & basic consideration for customers would significantly improve the experience.

Food: The Funghi was okay, but the Meat Lovers pizza was too salty, & we never received our third pizza.

Pizza très ordinaire, j'ai pris extra pepperoni , il y avait a peine 8 tranches pour 3$ de plus. La pizza est très cher & ne vaut pas du tout le prix payé, même a moitié prix ca ne vaut pas la peine, dommage vraiment dommage.

Croûte beaucoup trop mince, pizza froide & commander avec bacon & j'ai payé pour, mais pas de bacon. Dommage parce que c'est bon au goût, mais la pauvre quantité des aliments gâche tout.

Les ingredients pizza sont tellement tranché mince , bacon,jambon & peperoni . La saucisse était ok .& pas en abondances . La sauce je crois que c etait juste de la tomate broyés . Fade. Décue pour le prix payé. Première & dernière fois. Payé cher quand c'est gouteux,pas de problème. Mais là.

Super service très rapide quelques minutes seulement. J'ai mangé le sandwich italien conçu avec de la pâte à pizza, un vrai délice. Les prix sont bons pour la qualité de nourriture & l'endroit est beau & propre. J'y suis retournée & cette fois j'ai choisi une pizza MTL & j'ai trouvé la pâte un peu molle sans soutien si on désire la manger en pointe avec ses mains. Le goût était correct mais pas beaucoup de garniture. Je préfère le format sandwich.
