"Great place. I was part of construction team , renovating the place, and adding basement, and a messanin. By then, +/-1996, it was a coffee shop, named as "La Toure Factor". Currently, 2024 May, it is an Italian Restaurant. The food is great, ambiance is great, and service is fantastic. Enjoy it."
