"Pre ordered and prepaid for pizza for a party 10min before delivery time, I get a text saying the order has been cancelled I call them and they tell me they're slammed, and my order got lost (despite getting a confirmation text one hour prior that my order is confirmed) and they can't proceed with my order Delicious pizza but this is not acceptable..."
