Hier, je suis allé chez Plaza Pizza Salvatore & j'ai commandé une pizza ainsi qu'une portion de 10 ailes de poulet. Malheureusement, ce que j'ai reçu ne ressemblait pas du tout à des ailes de poulet. La qualité était très mauvaise & je n'ai pas pu les manger. J'ai dû les jeter à la poubelle.

J'ai appelé le restaurant pour expliquer la situation & demander une solution, mais on m'a répondu qu'il n'était pas possible de reprendre ou de rembourser la nourriture. J'ai donc perdu mon argent & je suis resté très déçu du service.

Je partage cette expérience afin que les autres clients vérifient leur commande avant de quitter le restaurant ou avant le départ du livreur. J'espère que Plaza Pizza Salvatore améliorera la qualité de ses produits & son service à la clientèle.

J'ai commandé au Salvatoré à Lachute vers 22:58, & franchement, c'était un service non professionnel. Le livreur est arrivé très vite, & a même été brusque, sans politesse, comme s'il était pressé. Honnêtement, je n'ai jamais vu un service aussi déplorable. Pourtant, mon frère est serveur, & même après une journée difficile, il garde toujours le sourire au près des clients.

J'aimerai que vous fassiez une suivi avec vous employé, car pourtant c'est la première fois que cela m'arrive & je trouve sa vraiment dommage.

Serait-il possible de partager mon opinion en privé avec le propriétaire du Salvatore à Lachute? Il y a quelque chose qui m'empêche d'y aller, & c'est dommage, car c'est l'un des rares restaurants ouverts jusqu'à 1 h du matin.

Best pizza I have had in a long time. This was my first order but trust me it will not be my last. Strongly recommend this pizza place to everyone you will not be disappointed 😋 😉
