Les employés sont très sympathiques & chaleureux. La caissière a pris le temps de nous expliquer le menu & de nous conseiller selon nos goûts. L'ambiance est moyenne mais nous prenons toujours pour emporter donc ce n'est pas un problème. Au final, la pizza est bonne.
Une belle re-découverte ce soir! Je connaissais bien Salvatoré de mon temps au CEGEP Ste-Foy, il y a 25 ans! & là, je les vois pousser partout!! & ce soir passé 22h, je vois un Salvatoré tout illuminé!!

Une de mes pizzérias préférées! Ce soir, j'essaie autre chose, les bouchées de poulet avec la sauce Tao!! C'est un peu épicé, mais juste assez! Le repas est succulent! Le staff est super gentil, une belle mention pour Lori, passé 22h en ce mardi soir, elle est full souriante. Côté propreté, c'est TOP propre! C'est shiny!! La musique est excellente aussi! Je dois retourner sur la route, mais là mes batteries sont rechargées! A quand un Salvatoré au Mt-Tremblant??
(P.s.: Mon seul bémol… SVP Zineb ou Sara, un message plus personnel que le copié-collé qu'on voit sous tous les commentaires! Au plaisir de manger à nouveau du poulet ou de la poutine ou votre pizza succulente!!)
This was my first time visiting a Salvatoré Pizza restaurant, & unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience. I ordered a Roquette/Proscuitto pizza, assuming like in most restaurants that it would come fully prepared. Only afterward when opening the pizza did I learn that customers are expected to add their own condiments. Apparently, this is mentioned online, but there is no signage in the restaurant, no mention on the menu, & no explanation at the counter. Nothing indicated that this was a self-serve model.
As a first-time customer, I expected the staff to explain how it works, not to assume I already knew. Instead, one employee kept repeating,'It's on the internet,' in a condescending tone as if I was supposed to automatically know. Another staff member called the owner, who refused to offer any partial credit for the condiments. I wasn't asking for a full refund, just fairness.
If you want customers to return, you can't take for granted that everyone is familiar with your system. Better signage & respectful service would go a long way.
The food at Salvatore is good, just good. We liked the ultimate poutine, but it's no longer on the menu. The pizza is not the best quality for the price.
The service is absolutely terrible in my opinion. We would order online for pickup & show up at the time they say the food is ready only to find out our order is not ready & the employees are in no rush to make our order. We often waited 20+ minutes after the pickup time to get our order. Ordering directly there wouldn't change anything, it would take 15+ minutes to make a poutine while we were the only clients in the restaurant (didn't look like they had online orders either).
