First time eating here. Friendly service person explained the menu & pointed out you can save $10 off a medium pizza by ordering on-line. Quick app download, ordered our pizza & had hot, fresh food within 15 minutes. Dining room not fancy, but clean & bright. Both pizzas were excellent. Yes, we have eaten at more than five other places serving pizza in Lachute, but this was better. Onion rings not very crispy. Will definitely come again. Make sure you download the app to make life easier. Side note: This is a Quebec-based company founded by an immigrant & his French-Canadian spouse. Support local.

C'est honnêtement impressionnant à quel point cette succursale offre un service incompétent. Je vais habituellement à St-Canut, un peu plus loin, mais qui offre habituellement un bon service. Ce soir, je donne une seconde chance à la succursale de Lachute, par curiosité, car j'avais essayé lors de l'ouverture & j'avais été très déçue. SURPRISE, pire expérience avec cette chaîne: - Je met un commentaire précis de ne pas mettre de champignons, j'ai eu droit à un extra champignons. - J'ai droit à 5 sauces avec ma commande, je n'en reçois qu'une. - Les frites sont tellement huileuses, que c'est juste ça que ça goûte : l'huile. - Je commande d'avance pour organiser le souper, j'arrive à la succursale à la dernière minute du temps estimé, j'ai dû attendre 20 mins supplémentaires. Tout ça, avec un service d'un gérant désagréable. Vraiment, Salvatoré, fermez cette succursale, elle ne vous fait pas bonne réputation.
