We ordered on UberEats & the food never came. I tried to call to see if I could pick up the order & the girl was rude telling me to call Uber not understanding that I wanted to pick it up.Bad service overall.

Excellent service. Apparemment, il y a du nouveau personnel à l'agence de Lachute, & tout s'est tout simplement amélioré. Je la recommande à 100 %.

L'endroit semble propre à première vue. Pizza très très chaude mais graisseuse. Les pointes bien coupées comme demandé.

The food at Salvatore is good, just good. We liked the ultimate poutine, but it's no longer on the menu. The pizza is not the best quality for the price.
The service is absolutely terrible in my opinion. We would order online for pickup & show up at the time they say the food is ready only to find out our order is not ready & the employees are in no rush to make our order. We often waited 20+ minutes after the pickup time to get our order. Ordering directly there wouldn't change anything, it would take 15+ minutes to make a poutine while we were the only clients in the restaurant (didn't look like they had online orders either).

First time eating here. Friendly service person explained the menu & pointed out you can save $10 off a medium pizza by ordering on-line. Quick app download, ordered our pizza & had hot, fresh food within 15 minutes. Dining room not fancy, but clean & bright. Both pizzas were excellent. Yes, we have eaten at more than five other places serving pizza in Lachute, but this was better. Onion rings not very crispy. Will definitely come again. Make sure you download the app to make life easier. Side note: This is a Quebec-based company founded by an immigrant & his French-Canadian spouse. Support local.
