Pizza was decent. Service was awful. Picked up the order....no greeting when we walked in. Didn't acknowledge when I made a comment about it being difficult to place an order. When paying by cc a tip option automatically comes up, I'm sorry but why should I leave a tip when I drove to the location to pick up my food. No thank you when leaving. 3 times I called today. First time the girl transferred the phone call to some place near Quebec City. The second time the girl said, in perfect English, that she did speak English & left me on hold. The 3rd time the girl spoke English. I ordered 2 small pizzas (9 inch). Price came to $33. This included the pizzas, taxes & delivery charge. Title: English Customers not needed. We ordered a pizza over the phone using the FB offer. We spoke to an English When we arrived to pick up the pizza, we were told (in French) that they never received the order, & we could have not spoken to anyone in English because no one at their location speaks English. We're in Quebec so we speak French. I guess usEnglish folk can buy our pizza elsewhere. All we ask is that you try. We do. Horrible experience.View more
