The pizza is great. It is prepared in fast food time, but has gourmet quality. The crust is soft & almost blends in with the rest of the slice. The sauce is amazing, some of the best pizza sauce I've had in a while. The cheese doesn't fall off while you're eating it. Amazing restaurant. Try it.

The best of the'fast food' pizzerias out there I think (much better than Dominos, Pizza Hut, Pizza Pizza, etc). Generous amounts of ingredients in the pizzas.

I always order the Vegetarian & Mediterranean pizzas almost every Friday, & they never disappoint! The taste is authentic, delicious, & consistently reliable. The crust is perfectly crunchy, & the team is always welcoming & friendly. Don't forget to add the chipotle sauce & hot mayonnaise - they take the experience to the next level. Highly recommend!

Well. I have to revise my review. Not sure what happened since the last time I ordered here, but i asked for a delivery between 6-6:30 & they showed up at 7. The driver was sorry & sympathetic but blamed it on the restaurant. I tried calling several times & it went to a recording saying "this caller cannot take the call". I even tried to contact the St-Johns location-same issue! Online all you can do is chat with a messenger bot that says they'll get back to you in 12-24 hours. Unreal. Makes me want to return to good old fashioned over the phone pizza places. & $45 for a medium pizza & a small aka child's portion of poutine? What!?

J'avais fait une commande hier à 7h 40 & pendant un certain temps, sur l'application de safari où on nous montre l'étape de mon ordre, ne changeait pas de la première & ils ont commencé à le fabriquer lorsque je les ai appelé. J'ai reçu mon repas à peu près à 9h 30 & le mec qui m'a emmené mes affaires m'a fait des excuses & je crois qu'il m'a pris stupide ou quelque chose, qu'il travaillait seul. Je sais que c'est un mensonge alors je donne 1 pour le service. Aussi, la poutine manquait de sauce. J'aimais ce restaurant mais je ne crois pas que j'y ferais des ordre ici la prochaine fois.

Two hours for a Pizza & no one is even sorry. Also I ordered on English website but the one who was answering the phone couldn't speak English 😡 Revision: I filled an online form on your website & they answered early morning & apologized & send me a gift card, so I think they are going to fix the problem. Their food is good & I hope their service will be good again.

It seems my experience mirrors what a lot of other low reviews have said. I've been a regular customer for months now, but I don't think it's worth it to have to wait 2-3 hours for a single pepperoni pizza that's not even hot. Not to mention your customer service staff do not speak English what so ever, & delivery staff get angry when they think they aren't getting a tip.
