Je suis très déçu de mon expérience.

J'ai commandé deux pitas & une grande poutine, après environ 1 heure d'attente, j'ai appelé pour savoir où en était ma commande. On m'a répondu qu'elle arriverait dans 45 minutes à 1 heure. Je lui ai fait remarquer que cela faisait déjà une heure que j'attendais. Au lieu de reconnaître une erreur ou de s'excuser, on m'a simplement demandé de patienter encore quelques minutes.

Vingt minutes plus tard, n'ayant toujours rien reçu, j'ai rappelé. On m'a alors dit qu'on avait tenté de me joindre, mais que je n'avais pas répondu. Je lui ai expliqué que c'était impossible, car je n'avais reçu aucun appel. Ensuite, on m'a affirmé que le livreur m'avait appelé à l'intercom du camping. Pourtant, il n'y a tout simplement pas d'intercom à ce camping.

Ils avaient pourtant mon numéro de téléphone ainsi que le numéro de ma roulotte. Un simple appel aurait permis de régler la situation rapidement.

Ce qui m'a le plus déçu n'est pas seulement le délai de plus de 1 h 20, mais surtout le manque de communication & l'absence de prise de responsabilité. Une simple excuse & une explication honnête auraient fait toute la différence.

Au début ça allait mais maintenant les prix ont presque doublés...deux club sandwich viande BRUNE 55$ .
Sous-marin désastreux il y a que du pain & le steak ( pour ce qu'il contient) a que des nerfs pas mangeable!!.
Je ne conseille plus cette endroit.
