Person who took our order forgot to add the topping we requested & then refused to fix the issue once we confronted him. Super unprofessional & rude. Won't be ordering again.

I've been a regular customer here for a long time, which is why this experience was especially disappointing.

I ordered a pizza with bacon, pepperoni, & Italian sausage. While I was still at the counter, I noticed the bacon was missing & immediately told the employee who usually wears a hat that there had been a misunderstanding & asked if he could add the bacon. He refused.

My sister then tried to speak with him to see if something could be done, but instead of trying to resolve the situation, he became confrontational & said he would charge an extra $4 to add the bacon. At that point, we were frustrated & decided to leave.

I later called the restaurant to ask if they could offer a refund since my order wasn't what I had requested. The same employee refused & then hung up on me.

I understand that misunderstandings happen, especially in a busy restaurant. What disappointed me wasn't the mistake it was the way it was handled. As a regular customer, I expected a little more courtesy & an effort to resolve the issue. Instead, I left feeling disrespected. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a better experience. Sadly my last time buying from them.

J'ai commandé une grande poutine & me retrouve avec du fromage râpé à la place du fromage en grains, ce qui est un peu décevant car il n'y en a même pas beaucoup.
