I visited yesterday evening, the environment was extremely excellent of this store & the staff was friendly. However, I ordered medium sized pizza, was mind-blowing, amazing taste, specifically the base of pizza was super fresh the crispy. I never try before this much tasty food. Thank

La pizza était desséchée & sans saveur. Trop cuite peut-être? Une pizza congelée? Nous avons pris la « croûte étirée à la main » mais je ne crois pas qu'il y avait une différence avec une croûte régulière. C'était vraiment sec. Le service était correct. Rapide. Mais le caissier est passé du gros sourire courtois à un silence poker face quand il a constaté que je ne lui avais pas laissé de pourboire. Non, pas de pourboire pour un caissier d'un comptoir à emporter. Franchement.
Not a bad experience overall, if you just want affordable pizza & don't mind extra dough to garnish ratio, but not great either. Easy to order, relatively good price, quick delivery (pizza was still steaming, cheese melting), but average pizza (probably below average if it had arrived just warm). It's still pizza hut. Just average pizza at best. Out of 3 pizzas with the same choice of hand stretched crust, all three had different crust width. Extra cheese comes with normal amount of cheese but double the crust width & is visibly smaller than the other two. Dough was also very oily especially on the much thicker "extra cheese". On an extra cheese pizza you don't want to have more oily dough per bite than cheese... Other 2 pizzas where not bad.

Les pizzas sont extrêmement grasses!! J'ai pris une pizza sans gluten, déjà qu'elles sont petites de base (9 pouces), mais en plus elle était immangeable, 5cm de pâte tout autour sans rien dessus, & dure comme de la semelle!! Plus jamais de ma vie je n'irais chez Pizza Hut, & je vais faire de la mauvaise publicité je vous le garantie!!
Can't believe this Pizza Hut is still doing business. Has had bad service for the past 20 years. We go there about once every 5 years to see if it's better but it never is. The food is up to Pizza Hut standards but that's it. We were there for at least 10 minutes before the waitress came to see us & bring water. Fortunately, the hostess gave us the menu when she seated us so we could at least chose what we wanted. The table next to ours had food & stuff left on it from previous customers & it took 10 to 15 minutes before it was cleaned off. There's a special on TV now that the stuffed crust is free, we get there, no signs or anything, when I asked the waitress about it she did not seem sure but finally said yes, the special was on. Finally found a sign when I went to pay next to the take out counter. When the bill came, the stuffed crust was charged, she changed it after I called her on it. Every single time I've been to this particular Pizza Hut, the bill has been wrong. The waitress & hostess were nice but attention span was very short, I don't know why, there was about only 3 or 4 other tables with customers. Had to ask for more water. Ordered pizza & fries, the fries got there way before the pizza, had I been asked, I would of told her pizza & fries together.
I've been to other Pizza Hut restaurants over the years & none are like this one concerning service. Maybe I'll wait 10 years this time before I go back.
