La pire expérience que j'ai vécu depuis plusieurs années.
Après avoir passé ma commande en ligne la veille de mon événement, je vérifie le lendemain à plusieurs reprises l'état de la livraison de ma commande qui était prévue pour 11:40. Tout semble normal & sans problème.

12:10. toujours aucune livraison. J'appelle le restaurant pour voir ce qui en est. La personne qui me répond semble à peine comprendre le problème. Il n'arrive pas à me dire si la commande a été préparée & envoyée. Il n'est pas non plus en mesure de communiquer avec le livreur & n'est pas en mesure de me confirmer quel qu'information que ce soit sur mon numéro de commande, l'état de la commande, l'état de la livraison ou tout autre information qui aurait pu être pertinente... Nous n'avons donc jamais reçu la fameuse pizza. Nous avons perdu 30 minutes à attendre un livreur & ne savons même pas si la commande a réellement été traitée... & tout cela sans aucune excuse de la part du restaurant pour le désagrément causé.

Bref, du jamais vue. Je ne recommande donc aucunement ce restaurant qui semble très mal géré.

I ordered the special Campanello, which consists of pepperoni, pancetta, & extra parmesan. The crust was one of the best I've ever tasted, & the tomato sauce was homemade-tasting. The pancetta looked more like your regular american bacon & vert salty. Parmesan, spiced oil, drye commercial fine herbs & garlic butter were also offered at no extra cost. I went & picked it up at the location, as they only use US based delivery companies, & that is NOT for me. ELBOWS UP CANADA.

The pizza here was delicious. I loved the thin crust & the generous cheese. The staff was kind & service was quick. The price was also very reasonable. The only downside to the place is that there aren't many tables & it's a very small shop so it feels crowded quickly.

Utterly dissatisfied & annoyed... I ordered a pizza with 3 ingredients at the counter & came back & it was only peperoni. I paid $14 but the window advertised that the same pizza & size was $10.

When I pointed this out the manager shrugged his shoulders & stated that it was the special & there is less peperoni & also put the onus on me to verify that the topping I ordered were recorded on the order.

He offered to remake it but I had already waited 25 minutes so I just took the one & but into it & the ingredients sauce & dough were all sub par - nothing to write home about.

Nonetheless the entire exchange was unethical, & disappointing. Will not be coming back, nor do I recommend this to anyone.
