From Montreal to the Canadian East Coast!
At Pincette- Lobster Bar, transport yourselves to a chic lobster shack in the East Coast of Canada. With lobster as the main item on the menu, our restaurant presents a variety of unique dishes including lobster poutine, lobster pasta, lobster mac and cheese, as well as classic dishes such as lobster rolls and of course, whole lobster. Enjoy a full raw bar as well as a range of seafood platters including Fish & Chips, linguine with clams and oysters.

The place is very cute & in the old Montreal part of town. I had the lobster risotto. The risotto tasted very good with the sweetness of the butternut squash puree, but the lobster was over cooked, rubbery, & lacked flavor. It was rather dry & very small. Looked great but wouldn't recommend unfortunately.View more

Visited Montreal for the first time, & this was a really nice place to stop by for lunch. Had lobster poutine & a lobster roll with my mother-- they were amazing after a day of walking around the old Montreal.

Pincette - Bar a Homard is a rather casual restaurant with a sea motif that is subtle & not excessive. As they were part of the'Happening Gourmand' Program in March they offered a reasonable fixed price menu. For appetizer we tried the scallop ceviche which though a little spare was well prepared. We also had the clam chowder which was one of the better chowders that I have tasted. Afterward we had a very tender sirloin steak in a shallot sauce & the lobster linguini which were both well prepared & a pleasure to eat. We were served by Loik & Vana who were very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend Pincette on your next trip to Old Montreal.View more

Une guédille de homard peu généreuse servie avec très peu de homard dans un pain sec & beaucoup d'oignon, une salade pas fraîche déjà molle & des frites tièdes.
De plus, une odeur de caoutchouc brûlé & autres circulait dans l'air une bonne partie de la durée de notre repas sans qu'aucune explication ne nous soit donné par notre serveur…
