From Montreal to the Canadian East Coast!
At Pincette- Lobster Bar, transport yourselves to a chic lobster shack in the East Coast of Canada. With lobster as the main item on the menu, our restaurant presents a variety of unique dishes including lobster poutine, lobster pasta, lobster mac and cheese, as well as classic dishes such as lobster rolls and of course, whole lobster. Enjoy a full raw bar as well as a range of seafood platters including Fish & Chips, linguine with clams and oysters.

fabulous seafood in the old port. a bit expensive for that you're getting but still very good. we got the lobster roll, lobster risotto, bursts, tuna tartare, crab arancini, squid & octopus. highlights were the bursts, risotto,& squid. the tuna tartare was a bit salty & the fries with the lobster roll were cold. good experience but wouldn't go out of your way.View more

I had an incredible experience at Pincette! The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was perfectly prepared & bursting with flavor. The lobster was especially memorable, cooked to perfection & beautifully presented.
What truly set the evening apart, though, was the outstanding service. The staff was warm, attentive, & genuinely welcoming from start to finish. They made sure every detail was taken care of & made us feel right at home.

The service was great, everyone was very kind & attentive but unfortunately, the food wasn't what we were expecting, I do believe that it's a matter of taste but it just wasn't my cup of tea, the risotto was okay, there was a strong cheese flavor that I personally found too overwhelming for the subtle lobster bits, the peas were not soft so that was weird too, my grilled lobster was rather dry & quite small, the fries that come with it are very underwhelming, not crispy, just bland, the salad was dripping with dressing but still not something that I find good enough to justify the price of the plate, on the bright side, the octopus entree was cook to perfection. I have had lobster many times before & this is just not it.View more

On a été en couple & on n'a vraiment pas apprécié le parmesan mis sur beaucoup de plats malheureusement (ceviche de pétoncles, linguine au homard & arancini). Sans lui ces plats, ou avec un parmesan de meilleur qualité, ces plats auraient été délicieux. Pour ce qui est du plat de boeuf avec aligot, il était trop salé & l'aligot n'en était pas vraiment un, sans doute pas le même fromage utilisé que dans le sud de la France. Pour ce qui est du service il était très bien. Personnel sympathique.
