At Pincette- Lobster Bar, transport yourselves to a chic lobster shack in the East Coast of Canada. With lobster as the main item on the menu, our restaurant presents a variety of unique dishes including lobster poutine, lobster pasta, lobster mac and cheese, as well as classic dishes such as lobster rolls and of course, whole lobster. Enjoy a full raw bar as well as a range of seafood platters including Fish & Chips, linguine with clams and oysters.

Unbelievable honestly, this is so far my favorite place in Montreal to eat. Last time I had the scallops & caviar. They were seared to perfection, juicy in the center & with the saltiness from the caviar, to die for. Onto the main course, the lobster ravioli, authentic, rustic, with big chunks of lobster. A truly superb dish. I highly recommend this place & I will be back.View more

Food is excellent. Anything with lobster or crab will be great. Only issue is one server insisted on not providing the brunch menu until 10:20 even though brunch starts at 10 per website & in-restaurant signage.View more

We had a great time at Pincette. The service staff was friendly & attentive, while the food itself was delicious. In fact, my husband has never been a fan of oysters & hadn't had one in years, but after some encouragement to try them at Pincette, he said they were the best he'd ever had! The quality of the oysters here encouraged him to try them at other places around Montreal. Also, the lobster ravioli were our favorite, while the lobster tail risotto was expertly done. Sometimes, risotto can be a little unbalanced in the preparation, but we were honestly impressed by how well it turned out. We sat next to the window, which allowed for fantastic people watching as we enjoyed our meals & cocktail. Overall, we booked a reservation here on a whim just a few days before our trip but we're glad we did. We are certain you'll enjoy Pincette as much as we did!View more

I am actually really disappointed with Pincette. I love seafood so I was really excited to go here. The staff who greeted us & served us at the bar were great & the drinks were excellent as well. However, the food was a complete disappointment! My table got the lobster ravioli & the lobster & clam cassolette. The lobster ravioli barely even tasted like lobster. It was good, but it tasted like cheese ravioli! The cassolette was even more disappointing. It tasted seriously bland. The potatoes were slightly undercooked & the sauce was watery & tasteless. Maybe I am used to cooking at home but the clam & lobster portions were very small. Especially for the price! Maybe we just got a bad plate because everyone else seemed to like it.View more
