"Dropped in to the Pigeon Cafe yesterday for a coffee and snack. The service was alright and pleasant. The value for money was a big zero. We purchased 2 lattes at $5 each and a scone for $4. The lattes were served in a 12 ounce cup and did not even reach the half way mark. The scone was dried out and tasteless. Save your money and skip this place."
