I really liked the food here, the Shakshuka Halloumi was amazing, the lobster Benedict was fantastic, Salmon poached eggs was delicious. Service was good & the interior of the restaurant was good. I have eaten at Cafe Pigeon on McGill College many times, however, today was the day that I got sick. I usually order their Caesar Salad with grilled chicken & it's fresh. However, after eating the salad today I felt so nauseous & light headed. I'm sure if it was the chicken but please do better!
Organized a work lunch for a group of 12 at this place. We all had limited time for our lunch break. I contacted the venue & was put in email contact with the manager to place our orders in advance via email. Everything went so smoothly. Everyone had their food ready upon arrival & had time to enjoy the meal in this large group & make it back to work well in time. The staff was very helpful & quick to respond.
I had a delightful experience at Pigeon Coffee & would easily give it five stars. I enjoyed a cappuccino & a lox bagel, both of which were excellent. The bagel was particularly impressive; for $16.50, it came generously topped with a good amount of lox, making it a great value for the price. The cappuccino was rich & well-made, complementing the bagel perfectly. Despite being quite busy, the café has a charming atmosphere that makes it a pleasant place to relax. The service was a bit slow due to the crowd, but the overall experience was worth it. I'd definitely recommend Pigeon Coffee for a cozy & satisfying café visit!
I really LOVE the coffee here. The caramel latte is outstanding! & this place is also offering pretty nice breakfast options I have never had something bad here. The ambience here has something relaxing, nothing feels hectic, yet the service is quick & very good They have perfect coffee, perfect food & perfect service. If you are passing by, you should have at least a coffee here!

Très déçu de mon expérience ! J'ai trouvé un morceau de verre dans mon smoothie. Lorsque je l'ai mentionné à la serveuse, elle ne s'est pas excusée & à rien fait pour corriger la situation.
9:00 am. Big space. Single server seating people & waiting tables. Waited in line. The three some in front of us gave up. We were seated eventually then ignored. We gave up & left. Not the server's fault although they seemed pretty spacey. Bad staffing. That's management problem.

I had the pigeon sandwich & it was fantastic. The salad was really nice, & the dressing was perfect. The sandwich was a little greasy on the bottom, but the meat was absolutely devastatingly delicious. The thing about this place is that they have European timing. You're going to have to wait to be greeted, & seated, & have them take your order, & to get the bill. All good.
The place was nice. I liked the service & the atmosphere, but the breakfast...was less than satisfactory. I mean, the coffee was pretty decent, but the sausage that they had given me was dry & unsightly.
Nous avons la chance pour l'anniversaire de ma maman d'avoir une serveuse en or. Mila. Bien évidemment les autres serveurs & serveuses ou tous étaient de très bonne humeur mais je tenais à souligner la délicatesse de Mila qui a su rendre l'anniversaire de ma maman très beau. En plus d'un lieu magnifique où malheureusement le café est super bon, c'est une expérience à 100% approuvée ! Merci Mila. Merci Pigeon café.
The restaurant offers both indoor & outdoor seating options, but the music could be improved to create a better dining atmosphere. The sandwich was quite basic & overloaded with meat, while the potato salad was disappointing. On the positive side, they do make a good lemonade, & the staff is friendly. However, the tables are unstable, which can be a bit uncomfortable.
