The food was so delicious & the prices were good, the two men who work there were so kind that they made you enjoy the food much more, the place is very beautiful & it's really worth stopping to try the food
Very different since ownership changed. Food is much worse & the order got messed up - they put on my least favorite ingredients which I did not mark on my little sheet.
Sadly won't be returning unless ownership changes back.
Only reason for 2 stars is that the man that helped us was super kind & the prices are ok.
Bread & meat is too dry compared to before.

Amazing prices, fab service, patties could've been on the thinner side because it was hard to bite on those thick ones. Also, thinner patties would've given a nice fine crust, making the burger experience much juicier & more enjoyable.
Best burger in Montreal. Quality meat for the best price I have seen out there, along with delicious sauces & soft yet crunchy buns are undeniably good!
I used to go weekly when the owners 10 years ago & I was in college (very understanding prices) & nowadays it still has the same tasty food & warm ambiance. Highly recommend it
New owners took on the exact same recipes, ingredients & friendly culture super rare to see nowadays when new management takes over but definitely still a 10/10 didn't even change the affordable prices too.
Neighborhood pillar!!! When I'm thirsting for poutine fries, this is my place! The owner cooks it quickly & he & his wife are friendly. Prices are great. I prob go there twice a week or so when I visit.

It's amazing I can order for pick up from Google maps, with discounts. & not even in 20 minutes the order is ready. & I love the burgers. The prices are very fair & affordable. Love this place

Picks will always have a place in my heart. They're so unique with such high quality food for the best prices..... Always consistent. For me, it's the best burger joint in Montreal. The best.
When I entered, I was taken aback. The place was quite small, the decor very simple & the menu written on a blackboard alongside a list of add ons & free toppings. The prices reflected the ambiance of the joint. Nothing exuberant. Very straightforward. There wasn’t a single person other than the couple working there.
The man took my order: Their Pick burger, the most basic burger you can get. I garnished it to my liking, got a fry. Ordered one for my roommate. Everything was prepared very quickly & he handed me my order in what seemed to be 5 minutes
When I got home & opened the paper bag he had given me, I was hit with a smell I haven’t smelt since childhood. This isn’t a McDonalds, thawed out, plastic looking fast food burger scent, or the nauseating smell of a ridiculously priced, over-the-top, heart attack causing, artery clogging burger you’d order from one of those ‘sit down’ burger joints in the city.
This is the type of burger you can only expect to see in movies. The smell, the packaging, the colours & the textures of this meal are everything you would think about when you crave a cheeseburger but it’s existence feeling as distant & unrealistic as a mirage in this world of culinary failures & deception. Well guys, search no further because this is where heaven meets earth.
Everything about this experience was perfect. Eating this burger single-handedly brought me back to the early 2000s. This is how cheeseburgers were meant to be enjoyed. This is the sweet spot between the fast-food experience & the love & soul of people who know what they’re doing in a kitchen. I wish I could relive the feeling of that first bite but the best I can do is recommend you go & experience this for yourself.

Details: very, very, good burger! I went for the double burger with both smoked gouda & mozzarella cheese. For the sauces I added chipotle mayo & ketchup. & I added fried onions & mushroom, lettuce, tomato, regular onions & pickles. It is very good. Price is ok.
I would advise them to place the bun over the heat a little to make it crispy & to make the burger meet slightly fattier & more tender. & to make the taste of the fire smokiness more visible in the meet. With the those modifications it would the best burger in Montreal. But it is definitely one of the best burger places.
