Came here for a group event (75$/per person menu)
The starters were really small portions (1 calamari ring, 1/5 slice of prosciutto, 10g of mozzarella with 1 half tomato slice etc).
Next up 4 raviolis that tasted worse than frozen low-end grocery store bought, in an ok rosée sauce.
Cold & bland, service was long.
Once I got to the main course I was barely hungry.
The main course was bavette & that was fine, tender, tasty. With 4-5 little potatoe wedges on the side.
The plates may be ready but are they worth it, I don't think so.
There are soooo many better Italian restaurants than this one in Laval or Montreal.
Service was slow. They don't respect the new law to calculate tipping on sub-total & the machine starts at 18% for tipping. Not cool. The food was good.

The first time I ever came to eat at this restaurant was for my daughters baptism this past weekend & everything was amazing! Already, while planning the event, Stephanie was more than helpful & our event was organized so perfectly! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was warming, the staff was always ready to fill wine glasses & assist wherever they could... I would absolutely recommend! Let's not forget about the food! The appetizers were all delicious & the bavette was my ultimate favorite! Sooooo tender! 😋 & on another positive note, my guests were all raving about how good everything was & are already looking forward to coming back!

I took my mom to Piatti Pronti for Mother's Day, & it was hands-down one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, & full of charm - the perfect mix of elegance & comfort.
The staff made us feel genuinely welcome & went out of their way to make the day special for my mom. Our server was incredibly kind, attentive without being intrusive, & had great recommendations that turned out to be spot on.
Now the food… wow. Every dish was bursting with flavor - from the homemade pasta that melted in our mouths to the perfectly balanced sauces & fresh, vibrant ingredients. My mom had the shrimp/pasta olio. I had the lamb, & it was cooked to absolute perfection - fresh, light, & so satisfying.
We finished the meal with a classic tiramisu that tasted like it came straight out of a Roman café.
Truly, Piatti Pronti made this Mother's Day one to remember. We left full, happy, & already planning our next visit. Highly, highly recommend!
Belle découverte. 1ère fois à ce resto. Nous étions 2 couples. La bouffe est excellente & le service impeccable. Nous y retournerons assurément.

L'accueil & le service sont impeccables. La nourriture est délicieuse & les saveurs sont au rendez-vous. De la vraie bonne cuisine italienne. C'était notre première fois dans ce restaurant & certainement pas la dernière

Première visite... pis ça été EXQUIS. Mais malheureusement, y'a des limites de facturer des prix outrageusement élevés. Je n'y retournerai plus à cause de cela. Il y a d'autres excellents restos italiens à prix raisonnable à Laval. Le service est correct dans une ambiance avec des tables trop serrées. Y'a rien d'intimiste là.
