I was disappointed with my experience. We accidentally spilled two cans of Coke, & before we had even finished eating, the owner started clearing our table. While cleaning up, he kept shaking his head, which made us feel uncomfortable & unwelcome.
I understand that accidents happen & that cleaning up is part of running a restaurant. However, the way the situation was handled felt disrespectful. A little patience & kindness would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression, & I don't think I'll be coming back.
Pho Zui Zui est un resto vietnamien specialise pour leurs soupes aux nouilles vietnamiennes tonkinoises, des grillades & des sandwiches vietnamiens' banh mi' situe @ l'Ouest de l'Ile de Montreal. Il y a une grande variete de plats authentiques vietnamiens au menu. Tous les plats au menus sont savoureux & les portions des plats sont bien genereuses. Il faut absolument appeler pour reserver

I went here do decompress & enjoy some food & study for my exams, instead I was greeted with being told I must sit in a sit for one because I was one. I explained I have so much documents & books to study I need more space. She didn't care. I didn't even finish my meal, I felt uncomfortable at this restaurants environment & customer service.
One of the staff is very rude. My husband always eats there & is a regular customer. Our family also eats there often but since one of the staff showed me a bad attitude, we are never going back. There was a dried blood on the toilet bowl which I noticed when I came in the washroom. We did not use the toilet but just washed my daughter's hands on the sink. When I came out, this employee confronted us saying we dirtied the toilet with blood. Check the blood stain, it was surely there for hours as it was already dried out, we never used the toilet because it was already dirty when we came in. I just feel so bad being accused of something I did not do. The audacity of her assuming it was me who did that was astounding.🤷?♀? I have never been humiliated like that in my life. Learn to treat your customers right.
There was a communication issue when ordering, & instead of helping clarify the difference between the options, the waitress became rude & dismissive. I ended up receiving two plates I didn't even want, & when I tried to explain calmly that this wasn't what I ordered, the situation only got worse.
Customer service goes a long way, especially when there's confusion. A little patience & kindness could have changed the entire experience. Instead, I left upset, asked for a refund, & unfortunately will not be returning.

Food food itself was good but, the experience didn't match.
The atmosphere was honestly uncomfortable. It didn't feel welcoming at all, which made it hard to relax & enjoy the meal. On top of that, the woman taking my order was quite rude & made me feel rushed the entire time, like I was inconveniencing her just by being there.
It's disappointing because the food has potential, but customer service & ambiance matter just as much. I probably wouldn't come back unless those things improve.
