Nous étions 4 & avons goûté à 3 repas différents (nouilles croustillantes aux légumes, bol de vermicelles avec porc & rouleaux impériaux, poulet général tao), de même qu'à 2 entrées (rouleau de printemps, soupe du jour). Tout, sans exception, manque de saveur. Les légumes étaient mous. Le poulet général tao sans intérêt. Je ne comprends pas la note générale de ce restaurant; sans doute les prix & rabais étudiant... & peut-être la soupe tonkinoise, que nous n'avons pas essayé proprement dit, même si la soupe en entrée pouvait nous en donner un avant-goût (ce qui était le meilleur d'ailleurs, mais sans plus).

En marchant sur la rue ste-catherine, on tombe sur ce restaurant, on rentre & tout de suite on a sû qu'on va aimer. Les plats qu'on a pris étaient délicieux On va revenir, c'est certain.

Love this restaurant. It has stood the test of time & for food reason. I'm no connoisseur, but I lived in Vietnam for 9 months 20 years ago & this restaurant just feels right. Great food, great service. I personally like the lemongrass pork chops & rice, but you can't miss no matter what you order.
