Pho MC est perçu comme une adresse vietnamienne de référence sur la rive sud, offrant des pho riches et réconfortants, un bouillon savoureux et des portions généreuses à bon prix, avec une variété de plats allant des rouleaux et banh mi à des options à emporter faciles à commander en ligne; la rapidité et l'efficacité du service sont souvent soulignées et le lieu attire une clientèle fidèle, même quand il est très fréquenté. Cependant certains avis évoquent que le bouillon peut être un peu tiède, que la propreté des couverts et le décor de cafétéria laissent à désirer et que le service peut parfois être impersonnel; malgré ces bémols, les plats pho et les spécialités vietnamiens restent largement plébiscités et l'endroit est décrit comme l'un des meilleurs pho de la rive sud, pratique pour manger sur place ou emporter et pour revenir souvent.
C'est la soupe fond de nos rêves. Seul petit point négatif, c'est un peu trop salé mais pour le reste bravo on adore aller manger régulièrement. En plus c'est pas très che

It's your typical asian restaurant with a specialty on Pho. Food is absolutely great & the menu has lots & lots of options! It's much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. They also have a bubble tea counter & other asian non-alcoholic beverages.
I ordered food for a large group, & they made the whole process so easy & efficient! The food was amazing as usual, & packaged nicely & safely. Will definitely order from them more & recommend MC pho to anyone happening to drive by Brossard. Special thanks to Linda :)

Meilleur resto viet de la rive-sud.
Pho & boeuf sauté citronnelle avec rouleaux sont mes 2 choix depuis 10 ans. Les sandwich sont aussi bon.
Vous y allez pour la nourriture & non l'ambiance. C'est souvent plein mais le service est rapide.
There's a lot of room to dine in. Service is fast but maybe a bit too fast because the broth is not that hot when it comes out.
Bun Bo Hue: it tasted alright, had the appropriate toppings, good portion, BUT the broth was like barely warm. I would expect piping hot honestly, but that's my only complaint for this dish.
Pho dac biet: it was hot & good.
Spring rolls: they were alright as well. The sauce was too peanuty, so we had to add hoisin sauce at the table.
Banh Canh: Tasted very simple, but it is a simple dish. They were not generous with the shrimp or pork belly. I found that it lacked a bit fried garlic (there wa some but I wiuld have liked more). The noodles weren't the best quality, not as chewy as it should be.
Overall an okay meal, not expensive at all, but out of all the stuff we tried, only the pho dac biet had no issues. The menu has a lot of items which is impressive, but I don't know if they're actually good. Might have to come back to try them.
Vermicelli bowl very tiny & expensive . Don t bother. Mostly rice noodles. Update 1 year later they put more in the vermicelli bowls. Could use less oil & hot meat.
Dirty cutlery, glassware. Poor service, where I swear that the waiter was making fun of us despite our complaints.* I don't understand the language but the sneer was obvious. Simply ruined my daughter's choice for her Birthday supper. A shame because she had gone there before & had good service & food...hence her choice for her supper.
The experience soured our day. Ruined her birthday & frankly disappointed the ensemble deeply. A true shame. I guess that we will have to find a new Pho restaurant for our attempt to re-celebrate her birthday in the new year.
Check your silverware check the glasses you receive. We were a group of 5 we got our glasses & they had leftover food in some others had oil residue at the bottom we asked for new ones & they provided new ones but there were not clean at all we wiped them with napkins & they would turn out with like dirt smudges I called the server back over he said he didn't see us wipe it so he was unsure if they were dirty he then brought us more glasses which at that point nobody even wanted to eat anymore & as we were leaving we overheard the waiter say to remember us as if we were lying about the whole situation
