"Very nice owners. Smaller, cozy spot. Owners mostly only know French (possibly vietnamese as well) and some English. Their food is delicious and well-portioned for the price ($16+tax). I made the mistake of spilling some water on the table and they immediately came over to help clean it up. Amazing service."
