"Came here multiple times to eat! Very great place for phõ, one of the best in the city. I always order the #9, rare beef and tripe. Although the soup is delicious, the service isn't the best. We waited around 20 mins for our water and my friend never got his soda. Overall, it's a great place for delicious phõ!"
